Our main research activities focus on:
1. Characterization of the composition of nuclear RNPs that regulate alternative splicing of pre-mRNA and thus control development and progression of pancreatic neuroendocrine and gastric tumors.
2. Study of alternative splicing changes that happen in response to stress signals, such as heat-induced signals, cell cycle arrest and mitochondrial stress.
