The main objective of our research is the development of infrastructures that provide integrated, standardized assays and services in biomedical research.
Our research focus is on the co-development, establishment and optimization of:
- Flow cytometric, hematological and clinical chemistry assays for the inflammatory phenotype monitoring of mouse disease models.
- Cutting-edge cell sorting platforms for high-throughput experiments, sequencing and functional assays
Dr. Sofia Grammenoudi is responsible for the Scientific and Operational Management of the Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting Facility and participates in National Research Infrastructures InfrafrontierGR/Phenotypos , pMedGR and Bioimaging-GR
