A position for a highly motivated Ph.D. student is available at the lab of Dr. Eleni Douni at BSRC Fleming in the context of the GSRT-funded SYNERGASIA project «ΤheRAlead: Innovative therapeutics for arthritis». The project aims to bridge the gap between target identification and pre-clinical validation, exploiting a “hit to lead” pipeline, by integrating state-of-the-art tools and expertise of academic and industrial partners to address the development of novel therapeutics for arthritis in an interdisciplinary approach.

Candidates must have an MSc in Biological/Biomedical sciences, excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English; prior experience in mouse genetics or biotechnology will be advantageous.
