Position ArchivePositions for highly motivated pre and post-doctoral scientists are opened by the lab of D. L. Kontoyiannis at the Institute of Immunology of the BSCR “Al. Fleming”. The projects are focused on the role of RNA-binding proteins in immune diseases and cancer, using conditional transgenic platforms, cellular assays, molecular assays of gene expression and interactions and genomic platforms.
For post-docs, proven skills in mouse genetics, cellular immunology, in vivo cancer models, biochemistry or bioinformatics will be advantageous. Applicants must hold a PhD degree in Biological/ Biomedical Sciences have a prior publication record, possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to work and interact with a variety of researchers.
Pre-docs must have an MSc in Biological/Biomedical sciences, excellent written and oral communication skills in English; prior experience in immunology, mouse genetics or bioinformatics will be advantageous.
