Dr Eleni Douni (Institute of Immunology) has been awarded a grant by the
Latsis Foundation for a project entitled “Development and characterization of a novel genetic model of osteoporosis in transgenic mice overexpressing RANKL”. Dr. Douni’s proposal was one of 21 selected for funding out of a total of 604 applications submitted.
