DROSOPHILA TRANSGENESIS SERVICE

We require 30 μg ultra pure DNA to be injected.
We supply 20-50 larvae which typically yield 15-20% transgenics.
COST: € 180

Procedure:

1. Ascertain that the construct you will send us is ultrapure with an A260/280 ratio of at least 1.7 and is properly quantified. DNA purity is critical!
2. Mail the DNA as an Ethanol precipitate along with the order form filled out.

3. You will receive 20-50 larvae by express mail. Please provide a FEDEX, DHL or UPS account.
4. The invoice attachment will accompany the shipment of the larvae and the service will be paid by wire transfer.
